There’s nothing quite like Lowcountry cuisine. On Monday, February 22nd, Executive Chef Ron Eyester, of the hot new restaurant Rosebud in Virginia Highland, will take you on a culinary tour of the region with his menu of she crab soup with truffled egg salad caviar and
fresh chives; shrimp and grits made with andouille sausage, caramelized onions and San Marzano tomato gravy; and drunken cherry bread pudding with caramel sauce. The evening includes wine tastings and a chance to win fabulous door prizes. It’s located at The Cook’s Warehouse – Midtown/Ansley Mall, 1544 Piedmont Road, Suite 403-R, Atlanta. The demonstration and tasting class tuition is $55 from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. with one-hundred percent benefiting Atlanta’s Table, a project of the Atlanta Community Food Bank.
