Women Suited for Change

Dress for Success, an international non-profit organization that promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women, announces February 25-28, 2010 as S.O.S.–Send One Suit–Weekend. Women nationwide are encouraged to donate one new or nearly-new interview suit to help another woman enter the workforce and take charge of her life.

Suits can be donated at any Dress Barn store during S.O.S.–Send One Suit–Weekend. The donations will be distributed to Dress for Success affiliates located throughout the United States including an affiliate here in Atlanta. Go to www.dressbarn.com for a location near you. 

Tampa, Florida Readers – Dress for Success Spring Fashion Event and Fund Raiser at Saks Fifth Avenue, Westshore Plaza, Thursday, February 25, 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. $25 per person includes wine, hors d’oeuvres, prizes and 15% off anything in the store. Bring gently used professional attire for charity as well.
