Chef Shane Devereux of TOP FLR offers a sample of a bistro-style menu at tomorrow’s Simple Abundance class at The Cook’s Warehouse to benefit the Atlanta Community Food Bank. The three-course menu includes an artichoke and cremini mushroom salad with lemon dressing, soft potato gnocchi with preserved lemon sage and caramelized root vegetables, and chocolate mousse chocolate cake with blackberry reduction.
