<p><strong>Super Bowl Spicy Sloppy Joes</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ingredients</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2 tablespoons olive oil</li>
<li>1 onions, chopped</li>
<li>4 ribs celery, chopped</li>
<li>1 jalapeño pepper, diced</li>
<li>1 green bell pepper, diced</li>
<li>6 cloves crushed garlic</li>
<li>2 pounds ground beef sirloin</li>
<li>1 cup tomato sauce</li>
<li>3 tablespoons tomato paste</li>
<li>1/2 cup ketchup</li>
<li>1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce</li>
<li>2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce</li>
<li>3 tablespoons <a href="http://chuckwagonsally.wordpress.com/" target="_blank">Chuckwagon Sally Wild West Seasoning</a> mix</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>8 sesame seed hamburger buns</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preparation</strong></p>
<p>Heat oil in large frying pan over medium heat. When oil is hot, add the onion, celery, jalapeño, and bell pepper. Cook until soft. Add the garlic and continue cooking for 3 or 4 minutes.</p>
<p>Increase heat to medium-high and add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook meat until browned (about 10 to 12 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.</p>
<p>Add hamburger to crock pot set to warm and add the tomato sauce, paste, ketchup, Tabasco, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well, keep warm, stirring occasionally until ready to serve.  </p>
<p>Serve with pickles, cold slaw and chips.</p>
