Do you do everything you write about?

I’m often asked if I do everything that I write about. Well, I will not write about a restaurant where I haven’t dine; and although I can’t do everything, what I do write about I’ve done or would do if I had the time.

Why an orange twist?

My maternal grandparents owned an orange grove in Plant City, Florida so this is why I have a connection with oranges. And an orange twist is very southern (Floridian) but a very different twist to lemon or lime twists.
