The Personal Touch

With all of us in the age of e-mails, text messages, evites and social networking like Facebook and Twitter it’s wonderfully personal and refreshing to receive and send a handwritten card, greeting card, thank you note, or invitation via snail mail. Don’t get me wrong, I love all the benefits that today’s communication options offer from its ease, convenience, and capabilities but a personal note from a friend or love one is still cherished. Sam Flax offers, in my opinion, the Southeast’s largest selection of art design and supplies, exotic papers, graphic and fine art supplies, and so much more. Since they target artists and art students they have a unique selection that you won’t find at a regular retail stores. Quality stationery in processed and natural papers can be found in a large array of colors, textures and shapes as well as unique appliqués, colored pens and pencils are available if you want to be creative and design something truly personal. Boxed note cards, thank you notes, and invitations from Crane as well as other paper manufacturers are provided. If you haven’t discovered Sam Flax you need to make a trip there and discover it for yourself. Locations in Atlanta, Ga., Orlando, Fla., and two locations in New York, N.Y.

    Wendy,
I agree. Sam Flax is like walking into a candy store to me. Not only do they have a great selection of great note cards and papers but their gift wrap selection is just as unique.
