The 2009 Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles Christmas House to benefit the Alliance Children’s Theatre is now open and is well on its way to becoming the most successful Designer Show House ever. The home was designed by world-class architect William T. Baker and built by Southwick Real Estate LLC and features over 20 designers this year. The 2009 Christmas House is currently listed with Harry Norman at a mere $5 million dollars and is located at 1795 West Wesley Road on the corner of West Wesley Road and Ridgewood Road.
Tour Times: The 2009 Christmas House will be open to the public November 14–December 6; Wednesday–Friday: 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Saturday: 10 a.m.-5 p.m., and Sunday: 1-5 p.m. The Christmas House is closed on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thanksgiving Day. Adult admission is $18 in advance and $20 at the door. Child under 12 are free.
Parking is not allowed at the Christmas House. However, there will be a continuous courtesy shuttle to and from the house from the IBM Office Complex at 4111 Northside Parkway NW in Atlanta.
